Jolly Holidays In England

Berwick
It's feeling especially wintry in Paris today. It's cold and gloomy and snow is in the forecast! Hopefully the magical, fluffy kind. I really enjoy the experience of living somewhere that has all four seasons, and I even like the super cold temps as long as the sun is out. But, now that Christmas is over, the luster of the winter chill has faded. Go away rain and return to us sunshine!!!

Anyhow, I was staring out the window, thinking these thoughts, when I realized I hadn't posted anything about our merry days in England. It was the first time in 21 years that all of us have been together in Berwick for Christmas!

Nothing wrong with a giant glass of wine to get you feeling festive

Londontown
Between Christmas and NYE, Kyle and I took the train down to London for a couple days because I had to take my personal trainer certification exam. Once that was completed and passed (woo hoo!), we could relax and enjoy one of our favorite cities, all lit up for the holidays.

Borough Market is a MUST in London! It is so amazing. The only problem is having enough room in your belly to fit the mounds of deliciousness you will undoubtedly want to enjoy.

Another must would be to find a 17-piece big band with a singer who sounds just like Ol' Blue Eyes performing in an underground pub. Such a blast.

Bisous!
