I've Been Bad...

...I've been very bad. As a blogger, that is. I've been so busy enjoying myself, I haven't taken the time to talk about how we're enjoying ourselves! So, here is a condensed version of the past month and a half.

Who am I kidding? What that means is I'm going to cram as many pictures into one blog as possible because I'm totally incapable of editing myself. Enjoy!

New Couple, New Jersey
We set off for New Jersey at the beginning of June for the nuptials of Paul and Allison. It was so wonderful getting to see so many of our friends for such an awesome occasion. It was SUCH a fun wedding, the bride and groom looked so happy, Allison was gorgeous, the families seemed to be having a fantastic time. Perfect. Congrats Paul and Allison!!!

Let's Hear it for New York
We made the most of our jaunt overseas by staying in the best city on earth (NYC of course) for a few extra days. Love. This. City.
 Walking the High Line

Afternoon stop at The Frying Pan- a bar made from a ship that sunk in Chesapeake Bay and was brought up to The City for us to enjoy
'Best Pizza in New York" at Bleeker Street Pizza. Truth.

Cocktails at 230 Fifth rooftop bar. You can never be too prepared for sudden showers.

Delicious brunch at Lupa with Clay and Holly before they had to head back to Htown
 Oh really?
One of our favorite restaurants, The Little Owl
 Jazz in Greenwich Village

Wilfie & Nell for some spicy cocktails (something we miss in Paris!)
 Sunset sailing in the harbor

Tapas with The Arndts. Mmmmmmm

 When in Brooklyn
Two days later we found it! That's right, we're guaranteed happiness. Forever.
We better both step inside, just for good measure
Crif Dogs hot dog shop in the East Village. Delicious hot dogs, with a twist...
"Secret" entrance to a speakeasy through an old phone booth
PDT (or Please Don't Tell) - classic cocktails with a new spin, mixed by great bartenders in a charming atmosphere with friendly staff. Definitely a must do. Just try to make a reservation or get there right when they open.

Dinner and drinks with old and new friends
